Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Interest Enforcer (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Not legal advice

The Service provides workflow and document-generation features. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for confirming all statutory requirements and deadlines applicable to your matter.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and documents you upload or generate. You grant us permission to process that content solely to provide the Service, including printing/mailing and delivery tracking when you request it.

Mailing and third parties

When you choose to mail a letter, information you provide (e.g., names, addresses, letter content) will be transmitted to mailing providers (such as Lob). Email notifications may be sent via an email provider (such as Resend).

Analytics and monitoring

We may use analytics and error monitoring providers (such as PostHog and Sentry) to understand product usage and keep the Service reliable.

Payments

Some features of the Service require payment (for example, sending a claim via Certified Mail). Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). By initiating a paid feature, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.

Refunds

Because mailing requests are submitted to third-party providers, fees are generally non-refundable once a letter has been submitted for printing/mailing. If a paid mailing request fails to be submitted due to a Service error, contact support and we will evaluate a refund or credit. You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient information (including mailing addresses).

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful or abusive purposes.
• Do not upload malware, or attempt to access other users’ data.
• Do not rely on the Service as the sole source of truth for legal deadlines.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your reliance on the Service for legal compliance or deadline management.
